so underrated in general!

Idle curiosity: lex, DJP, nathey, and myself account for 4 of the 6 votes Echoes received in the 2013 ILX poll. Only 7 albums in the top 77 were voted for with higher "enthusiasm".

Ah...We Love. Now I have to track down the Timeless EP (2011) and "End of the Night" single (2012)

never got to hear this album properly.
i have never seen a cd copy of this ever.
however, it appears that they are available via the usual places (albeit very expensive : £30 on amazon !), so i guess it was released.
i guess there was not a lot of push behind it, or, the label pulled it from having a full release ?

Half was released as singles over 4 years, so the album itself was anticlimactic. An issue with a lot of debut albums this decade.

cd arrived yesterday (not £30 via amazon !)
it is, as has been said, bloody fantastic.
would love to know how this album got so lost.
did the girls just call it quits and pull back from the needs of the promotional chaos, or was it that the label just lost interest ??
there has to be a story for such a wonderful album that features so many big names on it to disappear like this.

today : 8 hour driving session + crap football result + vodka.

outcome : this album is perfect.

CREEP - Animals (Alpines remix) just came on via a random selection.
still sounds massive, and totally brilliant.
