Rollins' vocals are the worst thing about the "Four Sticks" cover. The riff just sounds like half the riffs on Weight.

Man, that 4 Non Blondes cover is nowhere near as shitty as I was hoping it would be. I mean, it's basically a generic bar band cover of Misty Mountain Hop with some occasionally execrable improvisations from the lead vocalist.

Linda Perry has made a career out of being not as shitty as you'd hope

That song had the biggest drop for people in general.

First time was "OK, that's an interesting one"
Second time was "That's quite good"
third time was "Noooo!!!! Make It Stopppp!!!"

oh man, Blind Melon is how I first got into "Out on the Tiles" and I can't even make it through their version anymore...

as a teenager I remember thinking that "dancing days" was SO much better than any other song STP had ever written...and it was for a reason.

I'll duck some tomatoes and say that the STP song is good. I actually heard it before the original and my mom bought me Houses of the Holy in 8th grade as a result.
