The ratings don't really reflect my general tastes as much as they show what I've been listening to recently. Not sure if that's a bad thing though

Mine is kinda lame because my girlfriend's girly music tastes get mixed up with mine and because I haven't gotten it to pull from my iPod yet.

I've included links to ILM/ILE and the search on there for handy use. They can be removed if this isn't cool, though.

Annie still ruling the roost, but M.I.A. hot on her tail. Surprised more people not listening to the New Order album.

We did install another new profiles machine, however we almost immediately discovered that it had a faulty RAM stick in it (doesn't that sound familiar...). We have hopefully removed the correct pair of modules, and it's currently undergoing burn-in tests. If this is successful, we will be able to migrate some of the profiles off to it to improve speed. This will happen within a week or two.
Edit: we haven't the faintest idea what this will do to performance - it'll make it faster, but how much faster is yet to be seen. The big performance jump happens when we start using the new profiles database, but this will be in a week or two's time, when we've determined it's stable enough to put data on.
So I assume top artists still wont update but recent tracks will as normal.Anyone know what happened to the recommendations page?
