Once again, n/a's contribution has attacked me many months hence and blown my little mind. Dude, you're a hero. Although I gotta reiterate that this compilation is rock-solid from start to finish.

Reasons I don't want to do this:

1) I had a fantastic time doing this, it was like christmas every time a track arrived, and barring a few technicalities (i.e. a couple of tracks that were too long) I was able to incorporate everything I received into the final tracklisting, and every track was wonderful. It's not that 'you shouldn't revisit, next time would not be as good' it's more that someone else should have that kind of fun.

2) I was going to contribute a track last time, but ran out of time and/or inspiration, I forget which. Also, I would be either biased towards (or against) my track's placement (or lack of it), etc. Someone else needs to make that kind of decision.

3) Thesedays, I have less of an ILX presence. Having said that, if someone does kick Vol4 off, they'd better let me know. I missed out on the U2 and the Wire comps, but hey.

So, it's up for grabs.

It was beautiful in the context of the show too. I have no idea how he got the song, but Tyler is a gem, so it was perhaps one of those things that was meant to be. He just played Medicine by the way.

I really wish I had been able to do this - went thru a breakup right in the middle of the damn thing - but in a way I'm glad I didnt because now I would have done "silk skin paws" instead of "kidney bingos" and I really want to do a cover of it anyway, just listening to the track again now, damn.

SO is another one happening? I'm in a way better place to actually do something this time round!
