Thanks to everyone for the submissions, am totally snowed under at the minute, will do a proper update over the Easter weekend.

Started work on the cover art too, so I will post the tracklist up when I get everyone's submissions, just to make sure we are all happy with the names etc:

X-Post: Well I should be able to make a little window in our site that doesn't require an FTP program to connect, just a pasword. If that's not the case it'll be Soundcloud or similar.

I can also say with some degree of impunity that LJ might be insane, his cover sounds like Peter Hammill and Mayo Thompson bashing each other with over amplified bass guitars.

If you are doing a hard CD version, I have the details of the place I used, it produced some fine looking CDs.

Well, I finished it and it reeks. So: Mare, please - I'm gonna send it to you anyway, but if it's only fit for the outtakes pile, please leave it there & spare me the embarrassment, OK? Thanks.

what is the deadline? mixing has been somewhere between lol and ;_;

For submissions it was agreed the deadline would be the end of this week, then I'll need a little while to formailse the text/tracklist and the sequencing then finish the artwork, plus I'm away from work most of next week, so if you push into the middle of next week, it's probably no biggie.

Any later than that and it might get a little sticky if we want to make this available as soon as possible.

damnit i have my track recorded in UK but i forgot to email it before i set off on a 6 week holiday so it's stuck at my computer at home but i don't have access to it until may 3rd. I might try and record something using this netbook and my sister's piano in hong kong... i can send something in on thursday... if that's ok??

my collaborator and I are locked in sophie's choice drama about which radically different mix to send but I will have something to you by this PM cuz frankly we are both tired of talking about it at this point

make a new version with one mix in the left stereo channel and the other in the right stereo channel

i have actually 2 different versions recorded on my computer in the UK too.. this actually solves my dilemma in a way. hopefully this netbook version will not be too late
