rutherford sounds like something of a caretaker. he's gonna have like four assistant gms, including bill guerin

i'm sure bylsma will be fine and much sought, but i feel kinda bad. he's the most successful coach in team history (albeit not as successful as he should have been) and he seemed like a nice guy
