METACOGNITIVE THINKINGwas it ever explicitly introduced to you? if so, when>? by whom?when you learned about it, did it help you at all? did it seem like a waste of time?do you think about your own thinking processes at all? perhaps too much?how does metacognition help you?

I have ended up where I realized I would end up: cleaning up after my children. I actually long back to the days when I would think about my own thinking process (and numerous other things). Alas I have very little time (and energy) to do so (-> lame excuse, I know.) So anyway, I guess I am trying to get back to it (hence my maybe in part why I am back on ILX).
Thinking is never a waste of time.
Anyway, back to intelligent posts....
