after I posted that I was wondering if I'd ever posted the Jimmy Savile, Peter Sutcliffe, Frank Bruno photo
Savile probably has as many 'pictured with random other famous* person' photos as Alice Cooper
* Britisher of an era famous

There's also this gem, Frank Bruno, Sir James Jingle Jangle Savile, and, erm, The Yorkshire Ripper.http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_wdZXQTQyY8Q/SaZUOi8-tQI/AAAAAAAAAXQ/RSU1t8JYvkw/s400/sutcliffe-bruno-saville.jpeg― unpredictable johnny rodz, Sunday, September 5, 2010 6:32 PM (ten years ago)

Liz Taylor, innit?
― Vanishing Point (Chinaski), Monday, 21 September 2020 21:19 (three years ago) link
The story behind that photo is that Liz really wanted to meet Bowie, so they arranged some kind of hotel meetup. And he made her wait for HOURS and HOURS... maybe just trying to out-diva the diva, but this photo looks like he was deep in the coke years, so that's another possibility.

you'd think they would have!
at this point though, it's too late for even two of them to work together again. :(

Who's the kid with Andre the Giant?
― Tuomas, Thursday, 12 November 2020 20:49 (three years ago) link
Charlie McCarthy

kid with Andre the Giant is US sitcom star Fred Savage; the photo is presumably from the set or promotional campaign of The Princess Bride, which features both actors although not in the same scenes.
Charlie McCarthy was a popular ventriloquist dummy circa the 1940s

Sadly no photos but I’m sure you can picture it, even if the story has been somewhat embellished in the telling.
