i love this city, i hate a lot of the things that go on in it and a lot of the people who reside here.

The giant glass pipe makes this a little less palatable for work viewing, don't you know.

Also, although I have often smacked my forehead and wondered, "Why do people keep insisting that Sarah Jessica Parker* is attractive and glamorous?" this article made me feel really bad for her because, dude, nobody wants to win that election.

*Definitely still some resentment that she married Matthew Broderick when that was so clearly my destiny.

But seriously, Jesse, you have a desk job now. What was the thought process that made you select a photo of pot paraphernalia instead of any other sub-category of pipe?

I don't find her very attractive but I wouldn't vote her as the unsexiest woman in the world.

Well, maybe she can console herself that it was Maxim making the list. Being unattractive to the kind of chowderheads that read Maxim seems like it would actually be quite a bonus.

Or she can go home and snuggle up with Matthew Broderick on top of her giant piles of money while watching re-runs of her wildly successful TV series and tracking the sales of her new, also wildly successful clothing line. That will probably help lessen the sting, too.

I think spooning with Matthew Broderick would make up for at least 85% of the sting.

She was kind of cute when she was younger (like in Footloose and LA Story), but as she's gotten older she's gotten too skinny and bony and angular, which just accentuates the weird parts of her appearance. But she gets bonus credit for helping get the "Strangers With Candy" movie made.

I thought she was hot shit when she was on Square Pegs, which I watched a rerun of a couple weeks ago, and she's still hot shot but GOD that show is stupid.

The photo just reminds me of how my dad and his lady friend came to visit my new apartment recently and I didn't have time to clean up and so when they poked their head in the sun room, I did some classic sitcom scrambling as I clumsily pushed the pipe behind a flower pot. Luckily, no one said anything. I don't know if they noticed or not.

We need a new thread, and it needs to start off with a halloweeny pic.
