The only prob with IRC is deciding which server set to use - Dalnet, Undernet, etc... none of which I use, as Australia has it's own robust and well managed IRC cluster called oz.org that has a bot to manage channels and everything.

IRC is scary. I went back on there recently after a hiatus of YEARS and the same people were still there, logged into #melbourne and saying bugger all, and they all remembered me. Yeesh. Get one expanded life.

i was trying to write something like an irc chat room as if Auntsadie were typing that with the person talking in the, i forgot what they're called, but like parentheses except more pointy rather than round, but i think the computer thinks its html code. so never mind!
