Medical studies in an inexpensive university

I am an Indian Medical student currently in Bratislava as a exchange student. I was studying in Germany, but due to immigration regulations I couldn't get my visa extended. I could go there only as post graduate student. Unfortunately I started my studies late as I lost my mother when I was very young. I have work and study all these years and my father is also reported missing. I am in Bratislava and doing my paediatrics. I would like to join a Russian university in English medium in the fifth year. I almost got a place at Rostov, but the vice-chancellor for my bad luck refused sign the invitation because of my age as I am over 30. I have no families or relation. My whole future depends on my degree. I couldn't afford to go to UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand even India. In Germany there is no tuition fees. If my father hadn't fallen ill, I would have finished my studies last year. Could you please mail me the name of universities other than Moscow, St.Peterburg, Kursk in Russia where the medium of instruction is English. I would like to finish my studies. Please ask your colleagues for some information.

Your early attention is greatly appreciated.

With warm regards

Prakash
