Alex: it's a screen capture from the "Complete Truth About De-Evolution" DVD. After my first post, I remembered I had it and figured the "slap" was on there somewhere. It took me a few minutes to find it, a few more minutes to figure out that Panther won't allow screen shots or Grab while the DVD player is running, and a few more minutes to find a screen-capture utility that would do what I want.

I didn't remember that Rita Hayworth calls him Johnny in nearly every sentence she speaks.

Also, "Put The Blame On Mame" is the showstopper, but when she sings "Amado Mio" before joining the Ralph Bellamy-type character is really good too, especially the dancing at the end.

Evening in Byzantium is a 1978 television movie produced by Glen A. Larson Productions and Universal Television, and directed by Jerry London, about the Cannes Film Festival being overtaken by terrorists. An image from this movie is when Glenn Ford slaps Erin Gray hard, with a rather smug expression on his face. It stars Glenn Ford, Edward James Olmos, Eddie Albert and Erin Gray. The film is loosely based on the novel of the same name by Irwin Shaw. Many have commented that the events portrayed in this film were an eerie foreshadowing of 9/11 because it portrayed a massive terrorist attack against America using hijacked airplanes as weapons.
