my instinct sez classic - i enjoyed Def II and her general attitude to 'yoof kulchar' growing up, i even enjoyed her daft programme in which she walked from Edinburgh to London as the crow flies meeting Vic Reeves and Elton John on the way...but i've not read enough of her articles in the press to get a handle on her from a political perspective. she is most welcome to hang out in my 1990 lab tho, with Magenta De Vine and Kevin Allen.

No Janet Street-Porter, no "Not the 9 o'clock news" pisstake with Billy Connelly creasing up, so classic.

Agh agh ARGHHHH Normski! He was a contributor to ESM and used to come into the office and annoy us just with existing as was LOUDEST MAN ON EARTH, STOP SHOUTING NORMAN. I cannot remember if they shared wedlock or bedlock.

Ed and I were invited to the Pet Shop Boys' aftershow party and Neil T. is her Gay Best Friend, so when Ed saw her there he foamed as if he had just seen Thatcher or something. I've never spoken to her but (another gay male) friend of hers says she *definitely* pulls rank on other women but relents when women stand up to her or throw shade at her for doing this. I am not sure six feet of life support for a giant MOWF is worth all the effort.

5.00 pm Richard & Judy

Janet Street-Porter and former glamour model Jordan (Katie Price) drop in chat to Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan about their recently published autobiographies (888)

i have a soft spot for Normski as well - LETT OFFFFFF

he is annoying but it's hilarious (unless you have to occupy the same office space as him i guess)

JSP classic. Strikes me a a very smart woman who is often thrown in at the deep end and usually salvages something. Not afraid to look stupid which is probably her best quality.

She also used to be married to my former überboss.
