Do you ever search Google for phrases that might link to 'your kind of web page'

I liked the phrase 'or some such hilarity' when Tom used it once. I thought that anywhere else that used it might be an interesting place to look at. Google hadn't indexed the thread Tom used it on.

Ever done this?

Any ideas for what else to search on? To clarify, the phrase can't be an actual subject that you are interested in.

"some such hilarity"

Messed up HTML, not that it matters, since you all hate me.

I put "I didn't see that coming", but I was in google images:

What was that Google-piggybacking site that showed banal snapshots from around the world (it worked by using the filenaming conventions of various digital cameras)?

The internet is rubbish. QED.

Your search - "answers to all known questions" - did not match any documents.

Suggestions:
- Make sure all words are spelled correctly.
- Try different keywords.
- Try more general keywords. Also, you can try Google Answers for expert help with your search.

Yes, be more general Suzy.

Peculiar thing is that a search for "something vaguely interesting" returns two unrelated pages about Conservative Party leaders on the first page of results.

king mickey doing the sevens

Can I just say, my webpage is now #1 in Google for the search "Bertie Big Bollocks". This is a proud day for me.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 26 February 2003 20:13 (twenty-three years ago)

(Mine is third for "Lena Katina naked" and some German googler found his way to my site that way. I think it was Jess using German google as a decoy.)

Cozen (Cozen), Wednesday, 26 February 2003 20:17 (twenty-three years ago)

I'm so sorry about your thread, N.. (When putting N.'s name at the end of a sentence: use two full stops?)

Cozen (Cozen), Wednesday, 26 February 2003 20:20 (twenty-three years ago)

Yes, A Nairn, if you think people who say "Am I right or am I right?" are funny or interesting.

N. (nickdastoor), Wednesday, 26 February 2003 20:22 (twenty-three years ago)

My googles would be "sheesh" and "jings crivens", they might bring up 'some' people I'd like, but only at like page 17 or 18 of the search.
