It's fine. Neither particularly special nor in a neighborhood I'm often in, so I've not been more than a couple times.

Yeah they've been around a while, they used to only be open late-night on weekends inside a coffee shop, so I think the menu was originally designed to amuse drunk people. Honest Biscuits by Pike Place are better though.

I just keep imagining what would happen if I went to a bank with a business plan for a venture called "Biscuit Bitch" and asked for a small-business loan.

the "bitch" naming is probably shrugged off, the whole "trailer park" branding is divorced enough from reality to conjure some vague southern/southeastern flavor with a little classism baked in

it makes no sense to me because trailer park reads as low rent, but not particularly regional. assuming "trailer park" as a vibe is regional is kind of another flavor of classist
