Stuff you can do

What is something that you CAN do? It doesn't matter whether anyone else can or can't do it. I just think we need a bit of positive reinforcement. You don't need to be exceptional at the ting in question, just competent enough to execute it.

swim, whistle, drive, sing, cycle, roll Rs, blow up balloons

Write the word supercalifragilisticexpialidocious without checking the spelling on Google.

I can ride a bike for a long time and cover many miles, even going up very big hills.

I can cook just about anything.

I can wink.

I can drive.

I can play football to a moderate standard, and particularly enjoy the scoring of goals.

I can blow up balloons.

I learned...last year, maybe? that I can ice skate. Like just strapped those fuckers on and went out on the ice for the first time ever like I'd been doing it my whole life. I did roller blade a little bit in the '90s but my attempts on skateboards and regular roller skates have always knocked me on my ass. I was impressed with myself for once.

Shoot rubber bands with great accuracy, cook, crush most of the competition at scrabble, do desktop publishing, maintain my focus behind the wheel of a car (I'm inordinately proud of this one), pay attention to details.

Open plastic bags

The Spock hand thing... both hands.

Juggle, play piano, do the Saturday NYT crossword

write with my feet

and a pen

See very long distances... so I've been told.

install electrical installations or find the faults on them when they haven't been installed properly in the first place.

Seriously. Having spent a couple years of self-directed electronics education to the point where I'm just north of complete ignorance, people who understand how to wield electricity seem like wizards to me.
