I've read accounts from people annoyed with the work of both rashida jones (her documentary on amateur porn presenting a packaged narrative about sex work) and christgau (made comment about a woman's appearance in review of her work) just this past week

Bob Odenkirk seems universally loved. I am not too keen on his new series but still find him or least what he projects as a performer extremely likeable and haven't heard any evidence that he is a tosser off camera.

I reckon if I watched some of Odenkirk's comedy output I would probably hate the fucker as well, I just remember his brilliant Stevie Grant turn from The Larry Sanders Show and then years later BB + Fargo.

Mr. Show is essential to Odenkirk appreciation.

Stevie Grant was such a brilliant character, and so loathsome, it's hard for me to separate the actor and the part.
