Combining live action footage, natural history and state-of-the-art computer animation, it's a vivid journey through the annals of the fantastic past and an in-depth, scientific look at one of humankind's most storied foes.

YEAH OK THAT'S NICE EXCEPT DRAGONS DIDN'T EXIST.

And travel to London – perhaps the most dangerous corner of this New World – where a terrifying, shape-shifting slime mold called the slithersucker is king of the rainforest.

Rio de Janeiro, swallowed by a global ocean, will harbor the sharkopath, descended from today's jaw-dacious predators.

YOU GUYS THERE IS A PREVIEW CLIP.

jessie monster, Tuesday, 10 April 2007 20:47 (seventeen years ago) link

ally I totally saw that dragon show. Patrick Stweart was all "We all know that dragons don't really exist -- but what if they did?" and would just proceed to talk in detail about how some archaeological team unearthed a dragon skeleton and discovered how dragons made fire as if it were FACT. yeah.

elmo argonaut, Tuesday, 10 April 2007 20:47 (seventeen years ago) link

it was completely insane and lasted a really long time and he used a lot of made up super technical terms for how dragons breathe fire and their offspring and everything, it was amazing.

the schef (adam schefter ha ha), Tuesday, 10 April 2007 20:48 (seventeen years ago) link
