Technically, it does. Per AP: "Rush Limbaugh could see a deal with prosecutors in a long-running prescription fraud case collapse after authorities found a bottle of Viagra in his bag at Palm Beach International Airport. The prescription was not in his name."
Also of note for latecoming prospective rofflers: Viagra in the personal effects of an unmarried man travelling alone on holiday in the Dominican Republic.

Rush Limbaugh too stupid to use a computer, or at least, search a PDF:
LIMBAUGH: In addition, they have reformatted the bill -- they've made it a PDF file when they posted it. Now, for those of you that don't use computers, basically what that means is that it cannot be keyword searched. A PDF file is essentially a picture of a page. And, so, you can read every page, but you cannot keyword search it. It's not a text file as legislation normally is as posted on these public websites. They don't want anybody knowing what's in this; they want it happening as fast as possible so nobody can know what's in it.
PDF file in question.

thanx to the washingtonian: batshit crazy ol' pat robertson thinks limbaugh is out of line for wishing that president obama fails:
Robertson told U.S. News that he wants to give President Obama "the benefit of every doubt, and I definitely hope he succeeds." Dan Gilgoff followed up, asking, "So, you don't subscribe to Rush Limbaugh's 'I hope he fails' school of thought?" Robertson responded:
"That was a terrible thing to say. I mean, he's the president of all the country. If he succeeds, the country succeeds. And if he doesn't, it hurts us all. Anybody who would pull against our president is not exactly thinking rationally."

Rush Limbaugh completely OTM in that clip above, especially in regard to callers. You wouldn't believe how many hosts who will be on a pretty coherent train of thought that will immediately throw on the brakes and bring their show to a grinding halt because they see a phone call coming in on the control room screen.
"Hello, caller? Hello? Did they hang -- Caller? Thought they were there again for a moment. Oh, well. 800-345-TALK if you're still out there somewhere. Now where was I? Oh, yes, the effect the stimulus package will have on St. Louis' economy..."

“Republicans just don’t do this kind of thing. Even though every event, like mass shootings, remember, every mass shooting there is, the Democrats in the media try to make everybody think right off the bat that some tea partier did it, or some talk radio fan did it, or some Fox News viewer did it. Turns out, it’s never, ever the case. Not one of these bombs went off.
“And if a Democrat operative’s purpose here is to make it look like, hey, you know, there are mobs everywhere, the mobs are not just Democrat mobs. I mean, look at this, you’ve got people here trying to harm CNN, and Obama, and Hillary and Bill Clinton, and Debbie blabbermouth Schultz. It just — it might serve a purpose here.”

You know who’s going to do the fastest 180 from pro-choice to pro-life? The entire homosexual community is going to become pro-life overnight. I’m just telling you, you start cheapening life this way, and then you cheapen it even further by claiming a baby isn’t even a person, a baby is not a human being, then, folks, you’re next.

"He's there to get the United States out of meaningless relationships. It's one of the reasons he was elected. It's one of the big points that reverberated with the American people. And to do this, Trump had to take on the entire United States foreign policy national security apparatus who were much in favor of the status quo. Trump wanted to upend it. So there were two things. Trump's not wanting to just, without any concerns or assurances, they don't want to fund a regime that's not going to reform itself. He doesn't want to perpetuate corruption and all kinds of dangerous stuff being done with U.S. money. It makes perfect sense that he would ask for some sign that they were serious about reform before providing U.S. aid -- which was ultimately provided, by the way.
So, the context of this is that Trump knows he's dealing with a regime, a nation, that has just been led by a very corrupt bunch that's been voted out. That corrupt bunch was working to undermine his election, working with the DOJ, the Obama DOJ, the FBI, and all that. Of course he's not going to trust these people. He's going to have to see some indication that they are serious about reforming before they get U.S. aid. He's not just going to provide it willy-nilly. And so asking for some kind of show that the Ukrainian new President Zelensky is serious is part of the deal. He's just not going to write him a blank check. There was no quid pro quo...."

even if you somehow swallow all of that, you have to believe that trump was willing to take the risk of tasking a backchannel group (led by the smartest man he knew, rudy giuliani) to take on the near and dear subject of corruption in Ukraine, and that it just happened to be Ukraine, and the subject of his earnest effort to reduce corruption in Ukraine juuuuust happened to be a Biden.
