I just remembered a very similar post from the sands of time there. I possibly spend too much time on ilx.

There was a fair amount of discussion in 2015-16 about the desirability of a Warren campaign for president, with many shades of opinion expressed, but as I recall there was mostly agreement about the desirability of a theoretical Warren presidency.

Warren would have been an infinitely better candidate than Clinton. Why the Democrats wanted to run the most divisivw political figure in America will forever be a mystery to me
