powerball update, after using it on both arms for about 20-30 minutes a day last week, I got those weird pins and needles/numbness in my hands during the past couple of days from new muscle growth pinching the nerves. I know the feeling because I've had it before when I had a full calisthenics regimen I did every other day

i've never done it, but I see dudes in the gym using a weight plate attached to short wooden dowel with a couple of feet of rope. hold your arms out and rotate the dowel (parallel to ground) to raise and lower the weight.
