Morbs just has a few hobby horses and sometimes he rides them hard, like we all do. God knows I have mine and I share a few of them with the good Dr. Morbius. No hate coming from this quarter.

You complain about "no one knowing you" because you're not a complete dick IRL, but ILX is the only way I know you and here the VAST majority of your contributions here are nasty, condescending, and generally negative, so that's the Bill W. I know and I don't like him.

There are a number of people I know from ILX who I've never met IRL but I like them and in a way even love them based on what their posts say about them. xp

I mostly find Morbs to be pretty amusing in an absurdly grouchy way. It can be a little annoying when anyone just stomps into a thread to throw out a condescending put-down, but there were irl lols when Sherlock Jr. placed and there just HAD to be a comment about how Real Keaton Fans don't like The General.

I've laughed aloud at some of his posts and sometimes I see posts make him seem actually interesting as a person and even likable, but those are rare.

When someone comes along playing the victim after being as unceasingly aggressive and nasty as he has been I don't think some measured critical observations count as piling on.

That said, believe it or not, I'm not trying to pick a fight.

I have met morbs irl and he is a great guy, also I think some of y'all have some sort of blind spot to the idea that on line persona within the realm of argument isn't the same as a person.
