Does microsleep count? I was on the bus coming home last night and my chin kept hitting my chest for three seconds or so before the uncomfortable neck position jerked me back awake. Anyway, during one of these episodes, I thought:

"Oh yeah, I have to ask *tera about that bootleg Cure boxset she was talking about!"

Last night I dreamt I had ended up at some kind of school reunion... and there was HOOS, and I was really surprised, I said "I never made the connection between you at school and you being HOOS, omg!" and then I jumped on him and gave him a big kiss, wtf :/ (sorry hoos haha)

last night i had a dream that my sister and i were talking to someone who was being earnest about something and we were googling around while he lectured us and then my sister found a reference to a historical political movement from a city called 'smoketown' who had called themselves 'the fucking gucks' and she read it out and she and i laughed and the person was disapproving of the gucks and kept talking about what he had been talking about but he had lost us because we were too gleeful and then my sister's fiance appeared and he also liked the sound of the fucking gucks from smoketown and the bore was exasperated with us all and in the end i laughed so much i woke myself up.

No ilxors in this dream. Paul McCartney took us on a bus tour of South Caulfield. Chas Licciardello was driving, Michael Hutchence was on doors and a man in Superman costume chased us on stilts.

one of my friends left his jacket behind and while we were in a taxi leaving the venue Owen informed me that if a coat is in a bar unclaimed, someone will amost certainly come along and jizz on it

I had a dream the other night that I was out on a date with an ilxor and he was the worst kisser of all time. It was nightmare terrible, and I ran away and jumped into a cab to escape. The whole dream was very traumatic and strange, I haven't had an ilx related dream in a long time.

My home was dropped into an upscale Washington D.C. neighborhood. Trees were down across the road. Tried for some time to pull them apart, split them at their Y's. Michael Jones pulled up into my driveway on what under him appeared to be a child-sized red motorcycle. When I got on it was normal man sized. He had been busy teaching people ("The Freer Method"). The parentheses and quotes are part of the name. This was a strange psychological/psychiatrical examination method that involved drawing disparate things on two different transparencies and then, using an overhead projector, merging them on the screen to come up with some bizarre epiphany. Michael was ecstatic about the success of ("The Freer Method") but I thought it was just drawings, however cool.

I know Michael has been in the U.S., including D.C.?, based on evidence around here. I too was recently in D.C. And there is a gallery there called The Freer.

a few nights ago i dreamt that i went to a (random) bar in my hometown. it was like late afternoon and essentially empty. i sat at the bar with . . . someone, dunno who. the bartender came to take our order and i thought it was carl agatha and started saying ilx-stuff to her. she looked v. confused because she was not actually carl agatha, but the internet's amanda marcotte. the end.

(i have met neither of these people and have maybe read a handful of pandagon things)

Had a dream last night that I was hanging out with a bunch of people at someone's house, and right when the party was about to break up, I realized that pplains and Sunny were there. So I politely said hi and bye to them while regretting that I hadn't talked to them at all.

ilx (everybody) was on the corner of 12th and Kst, NW, waiting for a bus. Masonic Boom walked up and threw a bunch of old clothes on the ground, saying she didn't want them anymore, but didn't feel like dropping them off at goodwill. I wrapped them up in a towel (also left by MB) and carried them to Goodwill.

with forksclovetofu, Jordan S., and deej hiding in an abandoned freight car. outside, some goosestepping military force is laying waste to the countryside. here in the freightcar, we might be safe, if only we can keep very quiet. forks starts loudly picking apart a deej post about kanye west. Jordan and deej tell him to keep quiet, but are also unable to resist the beef and respond with their opinions on the kanye matter. i'm trying to stay quiet, wide-eyed, as the sounds of the army draw closer.

dreamed I was skateboarding on a rollercoaster. Going up the rollercoaster was called "Barrel Fever" and going down was called "Chest Fever" ( The Band - Music from Big Pink poll ).

'Skateboarding on a Rollercoaster' was the original title of 'Love in an Elevator'.

Two dreams featuring ENBB.
Dream #1: I was obnoxiously insisting that Benson's name was really Jasper.
Dream #2: On the platform of a station, waiting to catch a long distance train. ENBB was there, along with a few other ILXors. I arrived, carried on the shoulders of an unknown ILXor, like Master Blaster from Mad Max.

Oh and in the second dream, everyone polite although really standoffish, as a result of behaviour in the first dream.

A tall building was on fire and I was trying to put it out by myself. Abbott and Ned showed up in fire fighter gear with hoses (though I don't remember a real fire engine anywhere). I think we saved lives!
