i just got a call about a site test i'm supposed to do - she wheedles: "my understanding was that it would be done over this past bank holiday weekend??" YES but your request says you want it to be started no earlier than APRIL 12 AT 6PM to which she responds "oh well you see it's an iterative process" and honestly just rambles for about two minutes, using words i've barely even heard of AAAAAGH! i feel like i'm taking kukko pils!!
