Ed that sounds perfect!! i already have celery salt, tabasco and worcestershire (of course) so no need to bring those; i can also pick up some tom juice on the day so you don't have to lug it all the way up but what you can bring, since i can't seem to find any around my way that i like, is horseradish, the bouze, and whatever weirdo worcestershire you've been steeping in old socks and olives for the past year.

i just got a call about a site test i'm supposed to do - she wheedles: "my understanding was that it would be done over this past bank holiday weekend??"
