Also, I don't know if this is unique to film school, or unique to my school, but if I'm taking a senior level class, and all the students are seniors, can we not spend the first two weeks going over the exact same shit we learned in our very first film class? Please?

i am old and still an undergrad (this is my second attempt at getting my BA).

jesus christ i am so fucking over it. it's my own fault really - i've managed to drag this second attempt out to 4 freakin' years. one class this trimester, one over summer, and if i actually manage to pass both i'll be graduating in may. i'm sick of retards. seriously, even at 300-level, the people in my english lit classes who can't actually read.... fucking amazing. the whole system appears to be a joke.

and i feel completely ill-prepared for a 'real job'.

some dude was playing a virtual beer pong game in one of my big lectures the other day. the computer controlled dude he was playing against would moon him and flick him off to "distract" him, and if the comptuer made it in one of his cups a cup of beer would be lifted up and then it would be tilted and slowly be emptied as if he had just drank it.

this was at 10:15 AM. lol college.
