Facebook friends in San Diego report feeling one just about 20 minutes ago. A 4.5 20 mi. E of Rosarito.
People, keep a pair of shoes next to the bed and know where your gas shutoff is located.

Another one last night, and two today. I'm guessing I'm the only IE person on this board, and that you LA/OC people aren't feeling them, but the San Jacinto Fault has been on fire lately!
A friend sent me this link to an animation detailing some of the recent seismic activity:

It reminded me of the Sylmar quake of 71 (as much as I can remember that far back) - just a gentle roll that lasted a while. I was in Oxnard at the time, and it was my first quake.
― nickn, Sunday, 4 April 2010 23:53 (sixteen years ago)
Driving on the bumpy part of the 5 in Highland Park with a car full of guitars/amps. Didn't notice a thing.
