Thing about Schneiderlin is he can be be be both defensive midfielder and deep lying playmaker at the same time, which is exactly what we need. Stick him with Sandro and Eriksen and that's a classy but robust midfield. Plus he's young and could be worth a fortune in a few years time.

Also I like how the entire squad was up for sale and Wenger bought the teenage fullback no one had paid much attention to before.

Lovren is a good player but not a £20m defender. Rickie Lambert at £4m isn't too bad if they actually use him.

And that's assuming they only get a season or so out of him.
