What's something that you've learned in your life that feels universally true?

One sentence or a couple paragraphs, simple or a complete story told.

This is an idea I have for a ceramic project to capture true things in stone, dunno how effectively I'll follow through but I'm curious to see what sort of responses I get.

Please note that utility data for the entire campus is also included. This was the only data made available with the application, and in order to accurately estimate and verify savings, individual building meter data will need to be obtained from the campus.
